We are thrilled to announce the start of third season of Sci.STEPS mentorship program! 

Duration: February to the end of April 2025 (see the timeline below).

Language: The official language is English, but you can indicate the preferable language for communication within your mentor-mentee pair 

Activities: Educational content, workshops, and personalized advising sessions with paired mentees based on your availability

Participation in the program is free of charge for both mentors and mentees.

Who can be a Sci.STEPS mentor?

You might...

...be enrolled as a PhD or as an undergraduate

...have relocated for your work or studies

...have transitioned from academia to industry

...be pursuing an academic career path

Main thing, you are willing to share your insights, stories and experience with mentees who are at an earlier career stages. Mentoring is not about having all the answers but about sharing your story.

Are you an expert in your field? Do you have a topic you would like to share? We also support you if you want to share your knowledge or experience with the community. Just fill out the form and we will contact you for more information. 

Sci.STEPS scientific mentoring program started as a Russian-speaking project in 2022. We learned a lot from that experience, and now we are ready to expand. Embracing the global spirit of science, we passionately believe that careers in STEM know no borders, and our commitment to mindful career planning now reaches an international community.
